We will be your liaison to your domain name registrar to ensure that your domain name remains safe, secure, and up to date on billing with your registrar. Should you migrate your domain name to another registrar, this service includes the migration effort. Additionally, we will maintain your DNS zone record with any additions or changes you need, and keep an offsite backup copy for safe keeping.
Microsoft365 / Google Workspace User and License Administration
With the advent of cloud based services, maintaining user subscription licenses is the new IT normal. We will keep track and make the appropriate adds/modifications/deletions of users, and alert you to any changes of your license status.
Microsoft365 / Google Workspace Support & Administration
We will administer and provide support for your cloud based services whether it is your email, support with SharePoint sites on Microsoft365, or a calendaring issue in Google Workspaces, just to name a few, we can provide the assistance you need to keep your business running.
WordPress Website Protection Service
White Clay Technology will ensure that appropriate functional security updates are made monthly, and in a timely manner to minimize the risk of the website becoming impacted by a cyber security incident. Additionally, regular monthly backups will be made of the website and backend database to protect against data loss.

We will provide reactive support for your computer by phone or email, utilizing web-based software. Should onsite assistance be required, we will help coordinate that effort.
Onsite IT Support, Services & Troubleshooting
$175/hour or $1500 for 10-hour pre-paid block
Sometimes, you just need to call upon an expert to assist. After a brief understanding of the issue, our technology experts can be dispatched to your office to diagnose and repair most common technology & connectivity issues. (Service offered only within a 30 mile radius of Wilmington, Delaware. 1 hour minimum, then billed in 30 minute increments.)
